The Bantams will host Wycombe Wanderers in the Semi-Finals of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy, following this evening's draw.
City booked their place in the hat on Tuesday with a 1-0 quarter-final victory over Doncaster Rovers.
They now face the Chairboys at the University of Bradford Stadium in their first-ever semi-final in the competition, in a repeat of this season's Emirates FA Cup First Round clash, looking to secure a first trip to Wembley since 2017.
The tie will take place over the week commencing Monday February 19, with full fixture and ticket details to be confirmed in due course.
