Bradford City AFC is delighted to announce the loan signing of West Bromwich Albion forward Rayhaan Tulloch, who becomes the club’s 10th summer recruit.

The 22-year-old arrives at the University of Bradford Stadium on a deal until the end of the 2023/24 season.

Tulloch, who has one goal in three Premier League Two outings already for the Baggies this season, spent the first half of last season on loan at Rochdale, before bagging five goals in 19 appearances on loan at Dundalk.

Having joined West Brom aged nine, he made his debut for the Midlands outfit off the bench in an Emirates FA Cup fourth-round meeting with Brighton and Hove Albion in January 2019, before playing close to an hour in the replay.

The versatile attacker, who can operate anywhere across the frontline, is capped by England at under-16, under-17 and under-18 level. A nomination for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award in July 2020 earned him a new four-year contract at The Hawthorns.

He said: “I am looking forward to it. This is a massive club and I am ready to get going.

“I have watched some of the games and I like the way the team plays. This is the kind of place I want to be, and I feel I will fit in here.

“Hopefully I will bring goals, assists and creativity, and just excitement on the football pitch. All being well, that is the sort of stuff I will deliver.

“I do not like losing, so the aim is to win every weekend. That is what I want to do. There is a nice vibe at the training ground and I want to show everyone what I can bring to this team, and make a statement.”

City manager Mark Hughes said: “We are pleased to have completed the signing of Rayhaan, as our 10th summer recruit.

“Rayhaan is an exciting player who is versatile enough to operate anywhere across the forward line, and possesses a threat with his pace, trickery and eye for goal.

“He is very highly thought of at his parent club and has a good level of experience up and down the EFL, in the Premier League and in Ireland, at a relatively young age.

“We are looking forward to having him with us for the season, and I am sure he cannot wait to get out in front of you in a Bradford City shirt.”

Tulloch will wear No.34 for City, and be sponsored by Leonardo Hotels for 2023/24. His signing is subject to the relevant EFL and FA clearances.
