Derek Adams has made three changes to his starting XI for the Bantams' first outing of 2022 at Barrow.
Andy Cook will make his first appearance since the end of October - which comes against his former club - after returning from injury.
Fiacre Kelleher comes in to replace club captain Niall Canavan, who serves his one-match suspension. Callum Cooke also replaces Levi Sutton in midfield.
Charles Vernam is named in the City squad for the first time since November 23 after recovering from injury.
