Derek Adams believes his side has got what it takes to push up the table - ahead of Saturday's trip to Harrogate Town.
The Bantams enjoyed a busy January transfer window which saw seven players join the club and three depart.
Adams believes the standard of the squad is up to the task of making a push for the play-offs in the latter half of the season, and wants to see them heighten their hunt on the top seven.
He said: “The loan signings we have taken in have the ability to push on and do well here.
“The players we have taken in have a mixture of experience and youth. They all have something to play for and have a willingness to succeed.
“We have taken them in to help us for the remaining 18 games and push for promotion.
“We have a squad now that is ready to push on to the rest of the season. I see this as a top-seven side, 100%.”
With a local derby set for the weekend, Adams was quick to highlight the importance of the match for a variety of reasons.
The Scot has his eyes firmly set on the teams above City and, with the added intensity of a local derby - the first of its kind in front of supporters - Adams is excited by the occasion afoot.
He added: “They will want to beat us, but we are going there to win the game.
“We want to score and use the atmosphere in a positive way.
“We are looking forward to it. The other night we showed a willingness as we always do to win the game.
“We want to go there and get three points.”
Supporters are reminded away tickets for Saturday's clash are completely SOLD OUT.
