The Bantams will be hoping to get back to winning ways in Sky Bet League Two when hosting Barrow tomorrow afternoon.

The Bluebirds had a busy summer transfer window with permanently signing 10 players and seeing 14 depart the club including last season’s top-scorer Scott Quigley.

ONES TO WATCH

Ollie Banks 

The 28-year-old midfielder arrived at Holker Street from Tranmere Rovers back in January. 

Banks has made an impressive start to the season scoring four times in 10 matches in all competitions. 

Josh Gordon 

The forward joined from Walsall in the summer and has started every league game so far this season. 

The forward has made well over 150 career appearances throughout his career. 

Offrande Zanzala 

After signing from local rivals Carlisle United in the summer, the Congolese forward has made a promising start for the Bluebirds, scoring three times in six league games. 

CAPTAIN 

Despite only joining the club in the summer, Mark Ellis was awarded the captains armband just before the start of the season. 

The 32-year-old is an experienced defender who has made over 400 career appearances. 

MANAGER

Wakefield-born head coach Mark Cooper comes with plenty of experience having managed nearly 800 games throughout his coaching career.

He has spells at the likes of Tamworth, Kettering Town (twice), Peterborough United, Darlington, AFC Telford United, Swindon Town, Notts County and, most recently, Forest Green Rovers. 

Mark Cooper took charge of the club in the summer. He has so far overseen 10 matches, winning three, drawing three, and losing four. 

LAST MATCH

The Bluebirds were narrowly beaten by Colchester United at Holker Street in a five-goal thriller in a game where both teams were reduced to 10 men.
