iFOLLOW SALES FIGURES: JANUARY

2 February 2021

The club can reveal its iFollow video match pass sales figures from the month of January - which show a near-100-per-cent increase on December's like-for-like sales figures.

The Bantams contested just three Sky Bet League Two matches over the course of the first month of 2021, due to the postponement of three fixtures.

Despite this, the club still recorded its highest home and away single match-pass sales figures.

Mark Trueman's side travelled to Cambridge United in their first outing of 2021, on Saturday January 23. This fixture saw a season-high 2,731 passes purchased.

Saturday's home visit of Barrow then saw an additional 811 passes sold, on top of each 'City For All' season ticket which automatically includes a match pass for each of City's 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home fixtures.

Last Tuesday's trip to Southend United also saw sales eclipse the 2,500 mark, with no fewer than 2,502 passes purchased.

Overall, on the basis of the club claiming £8.34 per £10 iFollow video match pass purchased, City’s total Sky Bet League Two takings from iFollow video match passes in January was £46,236.96.

This figure also takes into account that, for all Sky Bet League Two fixtures, monies from the first 500 passes purchased by away club supporters go directly to the home club, with funds from each pass thereafter being allocated to the away side.

This means, for away Sky Bet League Two fixtures, City only take profit from the sales of the 501st iFollow video match pass onwards though, for home matches, take profit from up to the away side’s first 500 passes sold.

iFollow video match pass sales figures for Sky Bet League Two matches in January are as follows:

- Cambridge United v Bradford City - Saturday January 23 - 2,731 iFollow video match passes - approximately £18,606.54

- Southend United v Bradford City - Tuesday January 26 - 2,502 iFollow video match passes - approximately £16,696.68

- Bradford City v Barrow - Saturday January 31 - 811 (+500 away) iFollow video match passes - approximately £10,933.74

The club will reveal February's full iFollow viewing figures at the beginning of March.
