EISA SET FOR SPELL ON SIDELINES

9 December 2021

Abo Eisa is set to be sidelined for up to four months, having undergone surgery on a hamstring injury.

The winger suffered the injury in last month’s draw at Scunthorpe United and, after scans showed significant damage, was operated on last weekend.

Elsewhere, Andy Cook underwent surgery last week to rectify an ongoing groin issue, and remains on course for his previously-scheduled return to action this month.

Charles Vernam, meanwhile, also continues to progress well from his hamstring injury, and is set to return to training before the turn of the year.

Bradford City AFC would like to take this opportunity to wish Abo Eisa the very best during his rehabilitation period, and looks forward to welcoming him back onto the field in due course.
