Oscar Threlkeld makes his return to the starting line-up after recovering from injury, to make his debut at Valley Parade.
Fellow summer signing Fiacre Kelleher is set to make his first start for the club, while goalkeeper Sam Hornby will be between the sticks for the first time this season.
Gareth Evans also comes in to replace Yann Songo’o, who is on the bench, while Paudie O'Connor captains the side.
