City: Stuart McCall will be hopeful on the fitness of Adam Henley who - despite taking a knock in midweek - completed 90 minutes.
In-form Lee Novak is expected to keep his place up front for the Bantams, while Shay McCartan could start after netting twice against Stevenage.
January loan signing Glenn Middleton will be hoping to play some part for the Bantams, with him still yet to make his debut in claret and amber since moving from Rangers.
Cambridge: Saturday's hosts could be without midfielder Liam O'Neil who was withdrawn with injury during Tuesday night's victory over Scunthorpe United.
Paul Mullin could start up front after impressing since signing on loan from Tranmere Rovers last month.
Luke Hannant remains a long-term absentee but, besides that, the U's could line up similarly to in recent games.
WHAT THE MANAGERS SAID
Stuart McCall: "Since Colin Calderwood left, Cambridge have won three games on the bounce, so are obviously playing with confidence.
"The conditions should be a little easier than they were on Tuesday, but we have to make sure we make it difficult for them.
"We have to set up well and, first and foremost, focus on coming back here with another three points."
Mark Bonner: "We go into the game with Bradford with an understanding of how tough the fixture will be.
"They will be buoyed by their result on Tuesday night, but we need to make sure we have the same drive and put in the hard work that has produced the last three results.
"Between now and Saturday, the focus has to remain exactly the same, to keep up the momentum we have built. It would be dangerous to change our mindset."

City's last meeting with the U's came in the return fixture on the opening day of the 2019/20 campaign.
The sides played out a goalless draw at the Utilita Energy Stadium, both beginning their respective campaigns with a point apiece.

The Essex official - based mainly in the south of England - oversaw Cambridge's 2-1 victory over Crawley Town in November, though will be in the middle of a City encounter for the first time in two years.
Kinseley will be flanked by Nicholas Cooper and Paul Lister, with Wayne Cartmel in as fourth official.
