CITY TO RE-LIVE 'THE MAGIC OF THE CUP'

19 December 2019

Supporters are invited to re-live 'The Magic of the Cup' when the club celebrates the anniversary of one of our most memorable days.

On Saturday 24 January 2015, the Bantams came from two goals down at Stamford Bridge to beat the would-be Premier League winners Chelsea, in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup.

The event - being held in association with the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation - will take place at the Utilita Energy Stadium from 6.00pm on Sunday 2 February 2020.

The evening's entertainment will include a delicious one-course meal, a special auction and a raffle - with proceeds being donated to the charity - which was recently launched by former Bantams captain Stephen Darby.

It will see City legends, who helped make history, return to West Yorkshire to rejoyce with supporters in a night of celebration.

Players including Darby, Rory McArdle, James Hanson, Filipe Morais, Billy Knott and Jon Stead - who created what is widely reckoned as the biggest cup upset of all time - are due to appear, with more players set to be announced over the coming weeks.

Standard tickets are now on sale and are available to purchase from £25, with VIP admission priced at £35.
