Timothee Dieng is recalled in central midfield, while Dominic Poleon has been handed a starting berth in attack.
Stephen Warnock, Shay McCartan and Callum Guy move down to the bench as a result of the changes.
Paul Taylor is also among City's substitutes after recovering from a minor muscle strain.
