The match, which will kick off at 3:00pm, is City's first confirmed pre-season fixture of the summer.
Admission for the friendly will be £10.00 for adults and £5.00 for juniors and concessions.
Opponents Blackburn will head to Valley Parade in July having narrowly missed out on the Play-Offs during the 2013/2014 season, finishing just two points behind sixth-placed Brighton & Hove Albion.
