Having crunched the numbers, The League has City as one of the teams right near the top for the highest number of 'followers' and 'likes' for the Sky Bet League 1 division on the popular social media websites.
City are ranked as having the fourth highest number of likes - 51, 758* - out of the League 1 sides on Facebook, while the Bantams are fifth highest in League 1 for Twitter followers - 25,676*.
Unsurprisingly perhaps given their recent involvement with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, Doncaster Rovers head both Facebook and Twitters tables for City's division.
The Bantams' numbers means they sit 28th in the Twitter followers table for the whole of The Football League and 25th in the standings for overall Facebook likes.
Collectively Football League clubs and The Football League's own Twitter account have over 3.1 million followers, while their combined Facebook sites have over 5.3 million likes.
This means that the collective numbers of followers and likes for The Football League and their clubs, including City, has more than doubled in nine months - leading to a 145% increase in total.
