Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has handed new signing Aaron Mclean his full City debut following his move to Bradford this week.
With Oliver McBurnie ruled out with a minor hamstring problem, Mclean will partner James Hanson in attack at Bramall Lane.
Ricky Ravenhill hasn't been risked following the ankle injury he picked up last weekend, meaning Jason Kennedy will start in central midfield.
Kyel Reid is fit enough to start, however, despite going off injured in the Bristol City match in a similar fashion to Ravenhill.
