Bradford City are expected to get off to a winning start to their Sky Bet League 1 campaign, according to the Football League sponsor’s odds.

The Bantams are 11/8 to claim three points at the expense of visitors Coventry, who are 19/10 to come to Valley Parade and win, while a draw can be backed at 11/5.

Indeed, both games were drawn when the sides met last season, but another 3-3 draw on home turf is unlikely, with Sky Bet offering 50/1 on a repeat scoreline from Coventry’s last visit here.

James Hanson is deemed the biggest goal threat for City at 5/4 to score anytime, and 9/2 to break the deadlock, with Phil Parkinson's men odds-on (10/11) to be the first team to score.
