Hannah moves to Grimsby

10 January 2013

Ross Hannah is to join Blue Square Bet Premier side Grimsby Town after City and the Mariners agree a fee for the services of the striker.

Hannah, who has penned a two-and-a-half year deal with Grimsby, will move to Blundell Park for an undisclosed fee.

The move will be officially completed once all the necessary clearances have been received from the Football League and the Football Association.

Hannah's permanent move to Grimsby comes after the 26 year-old recently enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell with the Mariners, scoring ten goals in fifteen games.

The deal to take Hannah back to Blundell Park also comes less than twenty-four hours after the Bantams swooped to bring in experienced attacker Andy Gray.

The club would like to place on record their sincere thanks to Ross for all his efforts while at the Coral Windows Stadium and wish him nothing but the best for the future.
