Same again please

26 February 2013

Not for the first time this season, YOU, the fans, did the club immensely proud at Wembley Stadium during Sunday's Capital One Cup Final.

Four goals down and a man down with around half an hour still to play, some supporters may have started to think about drifting off and beginning the long journey home.

Not the 32,000 fans who packed Wembley's West End on Sunday though.

The support every single fan in claret and amber gave to Phil Parkinson and his men throughout the cup final was not only awe inspiring and hugely motivational, it was greatly appreciated by everyone connected with the football club.

With thoughts now turning to Wednesday's important npower League 2 home fixture with Dagenham & Redbridge, the club is asking supporters to please continue that same Wembley atmosphere at the Coral Windows Stadium tomorrow night.

Fans are actively being encouraged to bring along their Wembley flags, scarves and banners in an attempt to recreate the stunning scenes from Wembley when Parkinson's side entertain Dagenham this Wednesday.

We want to try and use the same family-friendly, positive and celebratory atmosphere created on Sunday to hopefully inspire the Bantams to all three points tomorrow night.

Any supporters still without tickets for Wednesday's Dagenham fixture can purchase them now over the phone (0871 978 8000) or in person today (Tuesday) between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm from the Bantams Ticket Office.

So start spreading the news - we want Sunday's party to keep on going!
