What is a season ticket? 

A season ticket reserves you the same seat in the Northern Commercials Stadium for every home English Football League fixture. 

2019/20 PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

ADULTS (16+) - £150

’25 YEARERS’ - £125

UNDER-16s - £100

UNDER-11s - £25

FLEXI CARD - £50

What are the age brackets for season tickets? 

If for whatever reason, the system does not recognise a change in your age, you will be asked for a proof of ID on collection or posting of your season ticket.

The following age brackets will apply:

Adults must be 16 or over on the 1st August 2019

Juniors must be under the age of 16 on the 1st August 2019

Under 11s must be under the age of 11 on the 1st August 2019

Can I renew or purchase my season ticket online? 

Yes, you can. There is a web fee of £1 per ticket purchased. 

Can I renew my season ticket in person? 

Yes, you can renew your season ticket at the Northern Commercials Stadium ticket office. 

What will I need to purchase a season ticket?

If you are an existing season ticket holder, buying online or at the ticket office will require your membership number. This can be found on your season ticket card. If this is your first season ticket, you will be given a membership number once you have purchased a ticket.

How long do I have to purchase a season ticket?

You have until Sunday April 14 to buy your season ticket or FLEXI CARD. From Monday April 15 onwards, season tickets and FLEXI CARDS will go off sale. 

Is there a concession season ticket? 

No. There is no concession ticket for students or those aged 65 and over. 

How do I renew my 25 Year Season Ticket?
’25 Yearer’ season-ticket holders wishing to renew, it will automatically select your current seat and the correct price band (£125). 

What am I entitled to as a 25 Year Season Ticket holder? 

You are entitled to a suite upgrade at the discounted rate of £125 (normally £275) or a free FLEXI CARD so you can bring any friend or family member with you! For a Suite Upgrade, you must purchase a seat in an EX block and you will be given access to the McCall, Hendrie, Bantams Bar and the 2013 Suite. 25 Year Season Ticket Holders wishing to take up the option of a free FLEXI CARD, need to do so at the Northern Commercials Stadium ticket office or over the phone on 01274 770012 and select option one. You can renew your current seat online and then add the free seat later if you wish.

Will memberships be continuing next season? 

Only the Junior Bantams membership will continue for next season. Under-11s season-tickets holder will automatically enrol into this membership. 

Is there a maximum amount of Under-11s season tickets I can purchase?

A maximum of two under-11s season tickets can be purchased with an adult season ticket. The club may use its discretion to judge each case on an individual basis where supporters request for more than two under-11s season tickets per adult. What am I entitled to as a disabled supporter?
Disabled fans will be entitled to a free carer season ticket subject to being in receipt of DLA or PIP at the mid or enhanced rate.

I am a new disabled supporter. How can I purchase my season ticket and claim a free carer ticket?

Any new Disabled season ticket holders will need to purchase their ticket in person at the ticket office; and must provide the supporting evidence (letter of DLA) at time of purchase if they wish to receive the complimentary carers season ticket. I am a disabled supporter with a carer and we both have a current season ticket, can we both renew online? 

Yes, you can. However, you must email a copy of your DLA letter to ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk along with both of your full names and customer numbers. 

What is this season’s FLEXI CARD policy? 

The FLEXI CARD is priced at £50. This season your FLEXI CARD guarantees you the same seat for every EFL home fixture. To make it even more ‘flexible’ – you have up until kick-off to decide if you want to come and watch the game by being able to pay cash on the turnstile (Adults £10, £5 for Juniors, £FOC for Under-11s). This product is transferable, meaning any family member or friend – no matter what age – can use this product!

How do I purchase a FLEXI CARD ticket? 

For those wishing to buy the FLEXI CARD, hover over the ‘Season Ticket’ tab, and click ‘New Season Ticket’.

On this page, select the ‘FLEXI CARD’ product.

Next, you will be taken to the stadium map where you must choose your seat for next season – all available seats will be blue.

Click buy, and follow the instructions to purchase this seat.

I want to convert my current season ticket to a FLEXI CARD for next year and have the same seat. How do I do this? 

To do this, you must log into your account, hover over the ‘Season Ticket’ tab, and click ‘New Season Ticket’.

On this page, select the ‘FLEXI CARD’ product.

Next, you will be taken to the stadium map. To change become a FLEXI CARD holder for that seat next season, you must locate your seat – which will be coloured in black – select it, and it will come up as £50.

Click buy, and follow the instructions to purchase this seat. 

I can’t remember my password. How do I create a new one?

You will require your password to access the new online ticketing system. This will be your existing password. If you don’t know your password, please click reset password and an email will be sent to your registered email address.

I would like to purchase a Suite Upgrade. How do I do that?

To purchase a Suite Upgrade, you must purchase a seat in a block starting with ‘EX’. All seats located in an EX Block will attract the higher price of £275. For an over 16, £162.50, for an under 16 and £87.50 for an under 11. This will then allow full access to the Suite (Bantams Bar, McCall, Hendrie and 2013) This season you are not able to buy a seat in an EX block without the suite upgrade. 

Please note: the club reserves the right to direct ticket holders to specific suites on a match by match basis.

How long do I have until I can renew my season ticket and my current seat?

You have until Sunday April 14 to keep your current seat. Any seat which is not renewed by Sunday April 14 will be released on seat swap day. 

I want to change my seat for next season, when can I do this? 

You can change your seat from Wednesday April 17 onwards. However, if the seat you would like is available at the moment, you can swap straight away and that will be your seat for the 2019/20 season. 

If there are no seats available in the area that you would like at the moment, can change your seat free of charge between Wednesday April 17 – Friday May 3. If you are a new season ticket holder and the seat you would like isn’t available, we recommend purchasing your season ticket now and picking a second choice of seat, and then swapping during the transfer period. 

If I miss the free seat swap period, how much is it to change seats?

Supporters will be charged £15 per ticket to swap seats. 

Can my season ticket be posted to me? 

Yes, save a trip to the stadium and have your season ticket posted to you. All online transactions will automatically have an additional charge of £2.50 for all tickets purchased in that transaction to be sent to one address (assuming all are being posted to the same address).

When you go to the 'Checkout' - select for your season ticket to be posted to you. 

Please make sure your address is up to date.If your details are incorrect, you can update your details by clicking on ‘My Account’ and ‘Update my Details’. 

Can I collect my season ticket? 

Yes. On the day of collection, you will need to bring your receipt and seat swap details (if you choose to change seats). If you purchase your ticket online, your receipt will be your email confirmation - so before you make the purchase, please make sure your email address is up to date in the ‘My Account’ section on the website. If your details are incorrect, you can update your details by clicking on ‘My Account’ and ‘Update my Details’. 

I have not received my confirmation email after my purchase. Can you resend it? 

We always recommend supporters to check their Junk/Spam folder in their email. If the confirmation email is not there, you can resend the confirmation email by going into ‘My Account’, and ‘Purchase History’. 

The system is not letting me log onto my account. What do I do? 

Firstly, we recommend that you reset your password. To do this, press ‘Forgotten my password’ and follow the instructions. If this doesn’t work, please contact come to the Northern Commercials ticket office, or email ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk

None of the the FAQs above have solved my issue. Can I contact the club?
