Austin Samuels will make his first start in City colours when the Bantams entertain Newport County this afternoon (3.00pm).
The forward comes in as one of four changes to the starting 11 which drew with Walsall in midweek.
Billy Clarke begins in place of Harry Pritchard, while there are also starts for Kurtis Guthrie and Tyler French.
Bryce Hosannah is ruled out through injury, while Clayton Donaldson and Kurtis Guthrie drop to the substitutes bench.
