Aged 34, the former Blackpool man brings a wealth of experience to the Bolton side, having racked up a total of 494 appearances across his 18-year career so far.

Ali Crawford

Scottish midfielder Ali Crawford featured 14 times for Bolton during the 2019/20 campaign, scoring two goals and registering five assists in an injury-hit debut season with the club.

The 29-year-old made 227 appearances for Hamilton Academical between 2009 and 2018 before making the move south of the border to Doncaster Rovers in 2018.

Nathan Delfouneso

Nathan Delfouneso joined Wanderers this summer from Sky Bet League One side Blackpool, where he netted 24 times in 125 appearances for the Tangerines - over a three-year stint.

The former England under-21 international is a product of Aston Villa’s academy and was crowned top scorer for his country in the Under-19 European Championships of 2009, scoring four goals.

THE MANAGER

Bolton announced the appointment of Ian Evatt as their new head coach ahead of the 2020/21 season in July, on a three-year deal.
