The club has moved to update supporters on the process of watching City's Sky Bet League Two visit of Harrogate Town on Monday October 12 - LIVE via iFollow.
The fixture is set to get underway from 7.45pm at the Utilita Energy Stadium, in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
However, as the action is being broadcast live on television, no iFollow video access codes will be distributed to 'City For All' 2020/21 season-ticket holders.
Due to no individual iFollow video match passes being available to purchase for the encounter, season-ticket holders will instead be automatically able to watch the game by simply signing into their iFollow account.
For this to be possible, supporters MUST have provided the club with their up-to-date e-mail address, upon renewing a 'City For All' season ticket.
The club will then begin the process of contacting supporters via the e-mail address currently stored on our database, which MUST be the same as the e-mail address your iFollow account is registered with in order to be able to watch the match.
If the e-mail address you have been contacted on by the club is different to the e-mail address your iFollow account is registered in, please contact the club IMMEDIATELY - by e-mailing ifollow@bradfordcityfc.co.uk.
Supporters who have not done this by 3.00PM ON WEDNESDAY (October 7) will not be granted access to watch the game live via iFollow.
If you have not yet created an iFollow account, please do so as soon as possible - using the e-mail address we have contacted you on - before this date.
The EFL will then begin the process of granting iFollow accounts the appropriate access to the Harrogate Town fixture, without the use of a code.
To provide the club with up-to-date contact details, supporters are politely reminded to e-mail ifollow@bradfordcityfc.co.uk.
Supporters must ensure their iFollow account is registered in the same e-mail they have been contacted by the club on - by 3.00pm on Wedensday October 7 - to be able to watch City's meeting with Harrogate Town live via iFollow.
The club will share supporters' details with the EFL purely for the purpose of providing access to the match.
If you do not wish for your details to be passed onto the EFL for this purpose, please e-mail ifollow@bradfordcityfc.co.uk with your season-ticket number, requesting for these details to not be shared.

PLEASE NOTE: If more than one season-ticket holder is registered on the same e-mail address, then up to FOUR people will be able to login to the iFollow account this e-mail address occupies, and watch the game live.
Non season-ticket holders WILL NOT be able to watch Bradford City v Harrogate Town live via iFollow - on Monday October 12. The only way for these supporters to watch the action live is via Sky Sports.
