'City For All' season-ticket holders - whose iFollow accounts still do not have automatic access to each of the Bantams' 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home matches - have until Sunday (November 15) to contact the club.
This comes after the EFL moved away from a system which saw supporters need a video access code to be able to catch each fixture live last month.
On Monday November 16, the EFL will re-ingest each club's e-mail database, meaning all season-ticket holders who have provided the club with up-to-date contact details and created an iFollow account with the same e-mail address, will have access.
Supporters who do not currently have access to each of City's 2020/21 home Sky Bet League Two fixtures must ensure they have updated the club with their correct e-mail address, and created an iFollow account with the same e-mail address by 3.00PM ON SUNDAY (November 15).
Supporters who do not have a matching e-mail address on City's database and iFollow account have received an e-mail from the club's dedicated iFollow team, with details on how to rectify this.
If you are a 'City For All' season-ticket holder do not currently have access to the club's 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home matches via iFollow, please firstly ensure you have created an iFollow account by CLICKING HERE.
Then, please e-mail ifollow@bradfordcityfc.co.uk with details of the e-mail address you have registered your iFollow account in, as well as your season-ticket number.
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by 3.00pm on Sunday November 15 in order for the EFL to be able to ingest your iFollow account on Monday November 16, and grant you automatic access to watch each of City's remaining 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home fixtures LIVE.
Non ‘City For All’ season-ticket holders will still be able to purchase individual £10 iFollow video match passes for both home and away Sky Bet League Two fixtures - by CLICKING HERE.
In order to ensure you are automatically able to watch each of City’s remaining Sky Bet League Two home fixtures throughout the 2020/21 campaign - without an iFollow video access code - you must ensure the e-mail address you renewed your ‘City For All’ season ticket with matches that of your iFollow account, BEFORE 3.00PM ON SUNDAY (November 15).
