UTILITA ISSUE UPDATE

Official club partner and stadium sponsor, Utilita, are allowing supporters to top energy up from the comfort of their own home - via the MyUtilita app.

With citizens in the United Kingdom currently being encouraged to remain at home wherever possible - in light of the COVID-19 pandemic - many customers have been left unable to top-up. 

Therefore, by downloading the mobile app, customers can be kept on supply with energy at home, with the most vulnerable being assisted heavily. 

The app allows users to check their balance or latest bill, top-up or make a payment and view their daily and weekly energy usage. 

For those unable to use the app, friends and family members can also be nominated - with permission and by downloading the app and using the account holder's login details - to top-up on behalf of the customer. 

PLEASE NOTE: Nominated friends can only top-up your meter for you if you are struggling to do so. This does not mean they can take over your account.

Utilita have insisted they "are working hard to maintain high levels of service during this period."
