Former Bantam Tony McMahon is helping fund a trial drug to treat the brain tumour of Gemma Lee - wife of ex-City captain, Graeme - by raffling off his 2016/17 Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final shirt.
Gemma was diagnosed with the tumour last January, with treatment costing £4,000 per month.
The JustGiving campaign has set a fundraising target of £100,000 - over half of which has already been raised.
Defender Lee turned out 44 times in claret and amber - during the 2008/09 League Two campaign - and worked alongside McMahon as part of the coaching staff at Middlesbrough.
To be in with a chance of winning the shirt McMahon wore at Wembley Stadium three years ago, all supporters have to do is make a donation to the cause and include the name of the former City right-back in their donation description.
The lucky winner will be drawn at random and will have this fantastic piece of memorabilia hand-delivered by McMahon himself!
