ONLINE FANS’ FORUM TO BE HELD TOMORROW

26 July 2020

An online fans’ forum featuring City manager Stuart McCall and the club's director of communications and commercial, Ryan Sparks, is set to be held tomorrow.

Taking place via Zoom from 7.00pm on Monday, the forum will be hosted by BBC Radio Leeds.

Over the course of the evening, supporters’ questions - which have been submitted via e-mail - will be put to the Bantams officials, covering all things Bradford City.

The forum will be broadcast live across City's YouTube channel, allowing anyone to tune in and get the lowdown on club matters ahead of the 2020/21 season.

Sparks said: “Similarly to last year, we had initially planned to stage multiple fans’ forums over the summer - at various locations.

“However, given social-distancing restrictions, we have made the decision - in conjunction with BBC Radio Leeds - to stage an interactive forum.

“We are committed to maintaining a clear line of communication with our supporters and this event, be it a slightly unique one, will provide an opportunity for City fans to reach out and have their say ahead of what is a very important season for our club.

“Stuart is really looking forward to the event, and will be able to discuss all things pre-season, recruitment and football, while I will cover all off-field subjets."

BBC Radio Leeds sports editor Jonathan Buchan added: “This is a fantastic opportunity for City supporters to put important matters to those in charge at the club.

“Everyone is really looking forward to the event and, even if you cannot tune in on the night, you will still be able to listen to it back on BBC Radio Leeds.”
