OPPOSITION GUIDE: CAMBRIDGE UNITED

Stuart McCall's takes his Bantams on their first away trip since he returned as manager tomorrow, making the long journey to Cambridge United (3.00pm). 

The U's currently sit 21st in Sky Bet League Two and are currently on a three-game winning streak. 

We have compiled an Opposition Guide, packed full of detailed information on tomorrow’s hosts...

JANUARY TRANSFER ACTIVITY

The Abbey Stadium side added to their squad with five new arrivals in January, with a further six departing. 

Ins: Ben Coker (Lincoln City, loan), Paul Mullin (Tranmere Rovers, loan), Idris El Mizouni (Ipswich Town, loan), Victor Adeboyejo (Barnsley, loan), Jack Roles (Tottenham Hotspur, loan extended).

Outs: Louis John (Sutton United), Finley Iron (St Neots Town, loan), Tom Dickens (St Neots Town, loan), Lewis Simper (St Neots Town, loan), Joe Neal (St Neots Town, loan), Gary Deegan (released). 

ONES TO WATCH

Reggie Lambe:

The 29-year-old has been at Cambridge since signing on a two-year contact in the summer of 2018. 

A Bermuda international, Lambe began his career at Ipswich Town and has also represented Mansfield Town, Carlisle United and Toronto FC. 

Harvey Knibbs:

A 20-year-old forward, Knibbs joined the U's from Aston Villa last summer. 

Born in Derbyshire, the former Nottingham Forest academy prospect has seven goals to his name so far, this season. 

Paul Mullin: 

Mullin scored his first goal for Cambridge in their midweek victory at Scunthorpe United - since signing on loan from Tranmere Rovers on the January transfer deadline day. 

Born in Merseyside, the 25-year-old striker served spells in the academies of both Liverpool and Everton, before representing both Swindon Town and Morecambe at professional level. 

Kyle Knoyle:

Knoyle signed a two-year contract at the Abbey Stadium from Swindon Town - in June last year. 

The exciting 23-year-old right-back is a graduate of West Ham United's academy and has also served loan spells at Wigan Athletic and Dundee United. 

THE MANAGER

Mark Bonner has been in caretaker charge of Cambridge since Colin Calderwood's sacking, at the end of last month. 

The 45-year-old enjoyed a 15-year playing career, which began after he graduated from the Blackpool youth academy. 

The former midfielder made 426 career appearances for the Tangerines, Cardiff City, Hull City and Oldham Athletic. 

THE CAPTAIN

Greg Taylor has made over 250 appearances for Cambridge since signing in 2013. 

A central defender, the 30-year-old began his career at Northampton Town and has also turned out for Luton Town, Mansfield Town and Darlington. 

The 6ft 1ins former England C defender was an ever-present in the 2013/14 season, as the U's secured promotion to the EFL. 

LAST TIME OUT

The U's recorded their third-straight victory - since Mark Bonner's caretaker appointment - in midweek, beating Scunthorpe United 2-0.
