City return to Sky Bet League Two action in 'new' manager Stuart McCall's first game back - against Grimsby Town - this afternoon. 

We have compiled a handy Matchday Guide - packed full of helpful information ahead of the fixture.

Firstly, we would like to extend a warm welcome to this afternoon's Big Match Sponsor, Commerce Business Systems!

PYROTECHNICS & BEHAVIOUR

The club would like to remind supporters the possession or use of pyrotechnics inside a football ground is strictly prohibited.

Those found to be carrying or using pyrotechnics will face a long-term ban.

We would like to remind supporters it is a criminal offence to enter the pitch at any time.

Anyone who does so without permission can expect to face prosecution.

To mark 'new' manager Stuart McCall and assistant Kenny Black's return to the club, this afternoon, we are having another scarf parade!

Supporters are urged to bring scarves to the game and lift them above their heads when McCall and Black lead their players onto the field, to create another fantastic atmosphere at the Utilita Energy Stadium.

HEADS UP

Today’s game will be aiming to raise awareness for the EFL’s ‘Heads Up’ campaign.

Football is coming together over two weekends in February to kick off the biggest ever conversation around mental health, with this afternoon’s encounter City’s dedicated ‘Heads Up’ fixture.

Stuart McCall’s men will wear ‘Heads Up’ sleeve patches on their shirts during the contest in support of the initiative.

TICKETS

Tickets are still on sale for this afternoon's clash. 

The ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium will be open from 9.00am right up until kick-off for supporters wishing to purchase a ticket.

BANTAMS BAR

The Bantams Bar - located within The Kop at the Utilita Energy Stadium - will be open after full-time for supporters wishing to unwind after the match. 

WIN WITH 'SHIRT OFF MY BACK'

Our popular matchday competition will be back in place for today's clash, giving supporters the opportunity to walk away with a top prize of either the man of the match-worn shirt or £100 in cash!

Not only will you win this unique prize (second prize £100 in cash) but you will also meet the man of the match after the game who will sign the shirt and present it to you.

Tickets for this competition can be bought for just £1 from sellers located inside and around the outside of the ground. The winner will be announced at half-time.

OUR OPPONENTS

Grimsby Town sit 17th in Sky Bet League Two - having enjoyed a recent revival under new manager Ian Holloway. 

The Mariners will be hoping to build on their finish last season, where they also ended the campaign 17th in the fourth tier. 

THE PARADER

Be sure to grab a copy of Issue 18 of The Parader this afternoon, on sale for just £3 around the Utilita Energy Stadium. 

The front cover of the Bantams' official matchday programme features the latest in a collection of illustrations by Bradford artist and City fan Rob Dunn. 

Returning manager Stuart McCall - who also features in 'The Big Interview' - is this week's cover star in his first game back at the Utilita Energy Stadium. 

Other features include 'From The Top' with chairman Stefan Rupp, 'From The Dugout' with McCall and the popular 'Bantams Board'. 

Meanwhile, there are returning columns from James Crickmore, Aaron Bower, Jason McKeown, Mick Lamb, John Dewhirst, David Markham, and Mike Harrison.

THE CITY SHOP

The City Shop will be open from 10.00am until 3.00pm today to allow supporters another opportunity to get their hands on the Bantams’ 2019/20 home, away and third kits.

The new strips will be on sale along with City’s all-new training range!

WEATHER 

Bright, sunny spells are expected this afternoon, with temperatures of 8°C set to accompany a one-to-two-per-cent chance of rain.
