ONES TO WATCH

Max Watters

The 21-year old striker signed for Crawley from Doncaster Rovers in the summer on a one-year contract. He is the club's top goal-scorer this season with 14 in all competitions. The London-born forward is the second-highest scorer in Sky Bet League Two, behind Paul Mullin.

Crawley is the ninth different club Watters has played for after representing three different teams in the seventh tier of English football.

Tony Craig

Craig has clocked up over 600 career appearances since making his professional debut with Millwall in 2003. The 6ft defender has represented the likes of Crystal Palace, Leyton Orient and Brentford.

The Millwall academy graduate signed a two-year deal for Crawley in the summer after spending two seasons at Bristol Rovers.

Tom Nichols

Nichols came through the Exeter City academy and played for the Grecians from 2011 until 2016 before making the move to Peterborough United. During his time with Posh he scored 14 goals and provided six assists.

The 27-year old striker is another one of the Red Devils' summer signings and has made a good impression since arriving, scoring eight goals in 18 appearances.

THE CAPTAIN

George Francomb started his career off with Norwich City after coming through the academy at the Norfolk-based side. He made several brief loan appearances before joining AFC Wimbledon on a permanent basis in 2013.

The 29-year old midfielder spent six seasons with the Dons and helped them win promotion to Sky Bet League One. Francomb signed for Crawley in 2018 and has been a regular in the side since joining. He has three goals and two assists in the league this season.

THE MANAGER

Crawley appointed John Yems as head coach in December 2019. This is his second spell at the club after he led the Red Devils to safety in the National League on the final day of the 2006/07 season.

Yems was then appointed assistant to Paul Tisdale at Exeter City in 2009 where he spent 18 months at the Devon club. He became the football operations manager at AFC Bournemouth where he played a big part in the Cherries' rise from Sky Bet League One to the Premier League.
