MORECAMBE TICKETS TO BE MADE UNAVAILABLE

22 December 2020

Tickets for City's Saturday 2 January 2021 visit of Morecambe will be made unavailable from 4.00pm today.

'Claret' 'City For All' season-ticket holders were able to secure their individual match tickets for the fixture from 10.00am (yesterday), though the club has decided tickets will now be taken offline.

The decision has been made due to postage deadlines and an anticipation of no tier change for the Bradford district - when such measures are reviewed again on Wednesday December 30.

Tickets for the fixture had initially only been made available to 'Claret' season-ticket holders who had secured their place at Saturday's visit of Cambridge, before it was announced the Bradford district would remain under tier 3 lockdown restrictions.

These supporters had an exclusive window from Friday morning until Saturday afternoon to secure their tickets for the fixture - with no administration charge being applied.

Tickets for the Morecambe fixture were then available on the proviso the Bradford district could be under tier 2 lockdown restrictions by the time the match is played - following the next government review this month.
