MATCHDAY GUIDE: CITY v GILLINGHAM

22 April 2019

As the Bantams prepare to host Gillingham this afternoon, we have prepared a Matchday Guide to remind you of what is on offer ahead of today's 3.00pm contest!

We would like to take this opportunity to give a warm welcome to today's Big Match Sponsor, Peckover Transport

As always we ask supporters to get to the ground as early as possible for the game. Turnstiles will be open in all sections from 1.30pm.

The 2018-19 season continues with the introduction of coloured season tickets and this is as follows:

  • The JCT600 Stand (West) – Orange

  • The North West Corner – Black

  • The Kop (North) – Blue

  • The Northern Commercials Stand (East) - Yellow

For all turnstile entry information, click here.

PYROTECHNICS & BEHAVIOUR

The club would like to remind supporters that carrying pyrotechnics into a football ground or using them is strictly prohibited.

Those found to be carrying or using pyrotechnics will face a long-term ban.

We would like to remind supporters it is a criminal offence to go on to pitch at any time.

Anyone who does so without permission can expect to face prosecution.

2013 SUITE CLOSURE

As always, we seek to offer fans a wide range of options for watching games and provide a professional and match day experience.

For our match against Gillingham FC on Monday April 22, the dining option will be positioned in the 2013 Suite.

This means - for suite members - that the 2013 suite can not be used.

Supporters with suite upgrades who normally use the 2013 Suite can instead use the Legends Suite for this match, or indeed use the McCall Suite or Hendrie Suite.

Once again, we would like to thank supporters in advance for their co-operation with these minor changes and hope that everyone will appreciate the Club’s attempts to offer the widest possible ranges of hospitality options to the followers of Bradford City.

WIN THE 'SHIRT OFF MY BACK'

Our popular matchday competition continues and one lucky supporter could walk away with the man of the match-worn shirt!

Not only do you get to win this unique prize but also you will get to meet the man of the match after the game where he will sign the shirt and present it to you.

And if that isn't enough, there is an additional prize of £100.00 to be won as well!

The winner of this special prize will be drawn and announced on the pitch at half time.

To see where our raffle ticket sellers prior to kick off, take a look at the map below:

KICK IT OUT

This season marks the 25th anniversary of Kick It Out and the club will be dedicating the Bantams' Bank Holiday fixture against Gillingham to support their work.

radford City Womens FC (BCWFC), the Bangla Bantams, Just a Ball Game and Bradford City Disability FC Women's team will be in attendance.

Also, BCWFC's junior team will be playing on the pitch at half-time to represent Kick It Out's dedication to fighting discrimination across all forms in football.

Although Kick It Out's 'Week of Action' was earlier in the season, the club moved it to Monday's fixture due to plans already being in place to work with BCWFC and the Bangla Bantams.

The Parader catches up with Kelvin Mellor, following his injury gained during the Bantams win over Peterborough United. Also inside, hear from Gary Bowyer and his thoughts on the 2019/20 'Our City' season ticket campaign, and Paudie O'Connor tells us more about the squad!
