SLEEP OUT BRADFORD

1 November 2018

With less than a month to go, the Club are encouraging City supporters to sleep out at the Northern Commercials Stadium to help raise funds for a charity that helps the homeless.

On Thursday 22nd November, the Northern Commercials Stadium will be hosting it’s second Sleep Out to raise money for Centrepoint Bradford, a charity who support 150 homeless young people aged 16-25 in our city every day.

Registration is just £20 - and the fundraising target is £200 per person.

Last year, the event raised over £30,000 and we are hoping to beat last year’s total with your help.

The doors open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start.

There will be food and entertainment to help those involved settle in for their night out.

Participators will sleep in the concourse of the JCT600 stand.

The charity helps by providing 16-25 year olds with accommodation and support to help people turn their lives around by gaining essential life skills, such as tackling physical and mental health issues and moving into education and or employment.

All funds raised at the event will be used to introduce the Centrepoint Sport Training Centre Programme in Bradford.

Centrepoint Sport is a programme which uses Street Football to improve the emotional wellbeing, resilience, motivation and self-confidence of young people who are homeless or at risk and turn their lives around.
