We would like to inform fans on the following information regarding swapping their seat for season 2018/19.
2017/18 season ticket holders have until midnight on Friday 1st June to keep their current seat for next season.
If you haven’t renewed your season ticket before the deadline, your seat will be available for sale on Monday 4th June.
Fans can swap their seat free of charge between Monday 4th June – Friday 8th June. After Friday, supporters will be charged an administration fee of £15 per seat.
Please note we are not able to offer a telephone booking service for seat swaps as we require some confirmation of your booking.
Disabled supporters can change their seat over the phone by ringing the Ticket Office on 01274 770012.
Supporters must bring proof of purchase to change their seat, this will be your receipt or confirmation email if you purchased your season ticket online.
If you are changing another person's seat on their behalf, you must know their membership number and account details (full name, address, etc).
The Ticket Office opening hours are;
