NEW PHONE SALES OPERATION FOR DISABLED SUPPORTERS

28 March 2018

The club are pleased to announce that they are now able to assist with the selling of season tickets to supporters with disabilities over the phone.

This is something the club have not been able to offer in recent months due to the protection of data taken without the supporter being present. Unfortunately this is not something we can yet offer all supporters but we are working toward this service.

As of today (Wednesday the 28th March 2018) both season tickets as well and home & away tickets for individual matches can be purchased by disabled fans via; the following methods.

  • Ticket office – (drop off point c (see map) accessible without stairs only on match day)
  • 1911 reception a – drop off point B (see map)
  • Telephone on  01274 770012
  • Email on commercial@bradfordcityfc.co.uk

The ticket office and 1911 reception have low level counters but no induction loop, this service can be provided in the club shop if required (please request in advance)
