Season tickets ordered prior to 26th June 2018 will be available for collection on Monday 23rd July from The Hub, located below The City Shop.
Those who purchased their season ticket before 26th June 2018 can pick up their card for the 2018/19 season from Monday 23rd July from The Hub.
To collect your season ticket, you MUST provide proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) and photographic ID.
If you haven’t got proof of purchase:
Firstly, make sure your email address is correct:
- Log on to ticketing account
- Navigate to “My Account”, then “Update details"
Then, to resend proof of purchase:
- Log on to ticketing account
- Navigate to “My Account”, then “Purchase History”
- Select the item you would like proof of purchase for (small 'i' on far right hand side)
- Click the green button named “Resend Email”
If you are collecting someone else’s season ticket on their behalf, you MUST have their confirmation email or receipt. If you can not provide either of those items on their account, we can not give you their season ticket.
The Club strongly advise all season ticket holders to collect their cards before our first home game of the season (Bradford City vs. Barnsley, Sat. 11th August) to avoid lengthy queues – possibly resulting in fans being late to the game.

Supporters can enter The Hub via The City Shop car park. This entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Once you have collected your season ticket(s), you will exit through The City Shop. Don’t forget, ALL season ticket holders get 10% off in The City Shop!
Bradford City 'EasyPay' Season Ticket
Whilst you are still paying your Season Ticket, you will receive paper tickets for each game which can be collected from the Ticket Office. When you have paid the full amount, you will then be able to collect your Season Ticket card.
Memberships
Every season ticket holder automatically becomes a Citizen Member (Adults, Seniors and Students) or a Junior Bantams Member (Juniors and Under 16s).
Claret & Amber, Parader and Junior Bantams Members receieve items as part of their Membership package. If you are one of those members, you can collect your luxury membership items at the same time.
Those who have upgraded to the Parader or Claret & Amber Membership receive credit added to their online ticketing account. This will be done before the start of the 2018/19 season.
For those who are not a season ticket holder, but are a Bradford City member, please look out for further information on when your Membership cards will be ready to collect/delivered.

Delivery Option
Many supporters chose to have their season ticket(s) delivered to their address. If you selected delivery, you should expect your items to arrive between Thursday 26th July – Tuesday 31st July. Season tickets and membership items will be posted via recorded delivery.
If you are only able to collect your season ticket the day of the first home game of the season, (Bradford City vs. Barnsley, Sat. 11th August), you must collect your season ticket card from The City Shop. However, the Club strongly recommend that supporters pick up their cards before this date to avoid lengthy queues - possibly leading to fans being late to the game.
