The Bantams have strengthened their attacking options by recruiting energetic forward George Miller on loan from Championship side Middlesbrough.
Miller has penned a loan deal with the Bantams that will keep him at the Northern Commercials Stadium for the entire 2018/2019 campaign.
The 20 year-old featured in League One for Bury last season, scoring eight times for the Lancashire side in just nineteen games despite the Shakers finishing bottom of the league.
Miller also won the League One Player of the Month for February.
Speaking about Miller's arrival, Head Coach Michael Collins said: "George was exceptional last season at a very young age in a Bury side who were fighting for their lives.
"His infectious attitiude to hard work will be a huge factor for us and he has clearly demonstrated he knows how to score goals, so we are delighted to welcome him into the club."
A product of Bury's youth system, Miller quickly rose through the ranks at the Shakers and was soon knocking on the door of the first team.
After several years as the youth team’s leading scorer at Gigg Lane, Miller made his first team debut for Bury at Barnsley in February 2015 as a half-time substitute.
Miller would go on to make 32 appearances for Bury in his first spell at the club, scoring 8 goals.
Renowned for his hard-working style of play and sharpness in the penalty box, Miller quickly became a popular character with both the players and the fans at Bury.
Miller's eye-catching form eventually saw the striker leave Bury for Middlesbrough in July 2017.
Since joining the Championship side the young striker has been a key player in their Under-23's team.
Miller also featured in Boro's first team towards the start of last season, coming on as a late substitute in the Carabao Cup against Aston Villa back in September.
The striker was loaned back to Bury in January, leading to the striker's impressive stats in the second period of last season.
