VIDEO | FRIDAY'S TRIO OF SIGNINGS SPEAK WITH iFOLLOW BANTAMS

30 January 2018

The Bantams made an exciting triple swoop in the January transfer market last Friday to bring in Stephen Warnock, Ryan McGowan and Matthew Lund.

The trio of signings took City's total incomings during the January transfer window so far to five following the earlier arrivals of Callum Guy and Kai Bruenker.

City's premium online service - iFollow Bantams - managed to catch up with Warnock, McGowan and Lund earlier this week to find out how they were all settling into life at the Northern Commercials Stadium.

Supporters can see a section of the three video below:

Over 15 years after his first loan appearance with the Bantams, Warnock spoke about what it was like to be back at Valley Parade and his memories of his time with City back in 2002.

The experienced defender also sat down to discuss his potential positive impact on the rest of the squad and his hopes for the remainder of the campaign.

After making his debut in Saturday's home game with AFC Wimbledon, Lund says he is hungry for more following his move to the Bantams.

The Northern Irish international midfielder also talked about his knowledge of League One, his eye for a goal, plus his desire to help improve City's results going forward.

McGowan was a frustrated spectator at the Northern Commercials Stadium on Saturday, denied a chance to make his debut against AFC Wimbledon after his international clearance failed to come through in time.

All being well, though, McGowan should be in contention for a spot in City's travelling party to Oldham Athletic this weekend, and the 28 year-old says he can't wait to get started.

As well as talking about his eagerness to get his first taste of English football, McGowan, among other things, spoke about playing in China and the United Arab Emirates, representing Australia, and about doing his homework on the Bantams ahead of his move.
