Bantams boss Stuart McCall has made two changes to his side for this Saturday's home fixture with AFC Wimbledon.
Adam Chicksen replaces the injured Tyrell Robinson at left back.
For Chicksen, the recall to City's starting XI will result in his first action since damaging his thigh back in October.
McCall's other alteration from the team that began at Rotherham United on Tuesday sees former AFC Wimbledon striker Dominic Poleon start instead of Timothee Dieng.
Three of City's recent signings - Kai Bruenker, Stephen Warnock and Matthew Lund - are named on the bench.
Ryan McGowan isn't involved, however, as his international clearance hasn't come through yet.
Alex Gilliead misses out as well due to a minor hamstring injury picked up in the Rotherham game.
