Any pre-paid tickets to be collected can also be picked up at the away ticket office.
Rotherham operate an electronic turnstile entry system at the New York Stadium, with barcode scanners in place to read your ticket(s).
Disabled fans on the higher rate DLA or enhanced rate of PIP will be asked to pay £13.00 or the age related price from the above list. Fans in receipt of DLA or PIP as above will be entitled to a free carers ticket. Rotherham can supply a commentary set for fans who are visually impaired. They need to be booked via the Disability Liasion Officer at Rotherham on 01709 827768 or by email to dlo@rotherhamunited.net. There will be a £10.00 deposit which needs to be paid in cash on collection. The set must also be returned at the end of the match.
Away section:
Visiting supporters at Rotherham are situated in the Mears Stand at one end of the stadium. As you would expect with a stadium that is less than six years old, the away section is under cover and all-seater. After the game, away supporters will exit via New York Way leading to Main Street. Home fans will be directed towards Don Street. These restrictions are anticipated to be in place for up to 20 minutes after the final whistle has blown.

Rotherham United would like to inform fans that South Yorkshire Police will have dogs in operation on Tuesday night that are trained to detect pyrotechnics and drugs. This measure has been taken for public safety reasons and any individual found to be in possession of either drugs or pyrotechnics will be refused entry and handed over to the Police who may take further action. Thank you in advance to all supporters for their co-operation.
Directions:
Leave the M1 at Junction 34 and take the A6178 towards Rotherham. At the third roundabout take the first exit onto the A630 Centenary Way (signposted Doncaster). As you exit the roundabout, you will see the stadium on your right. You will also pass the floodlights of the old Millmoor ground on your left. At the next roundabout (the Liquid night club on one corner) turn right onto Main Street and the entrance to the stadium is down on the right.
Parking:
Car parking at the stadium is for permit holders only. There are a number of private parking areas around the ground, however, including a pay and display on Sheffield Road and an NCP in the town centre.
Rail:
The nearest railway station is Rotherham Central which only a five minute walk from the New York Stadium. The stadium is located almost directly behind the railway station.
Food & Drink:
There are a number of pubs located in the nearby Rotherham town centre, although not all of them welcome away supporters. One pub that usually welcomes visiting fans is The Bridge Inn which is CAMRA listed and serves locally brewed beers. In terms of food options, there are a selection of independent eateries, mainly fish & chip shops, situated on the eastern bank of the River Don.
