If successful next Tuesday - against Peterborough United - in the second stage of the Emirates FA Cup, the Bantams will travel to Middlesbrough in the competition’s third round.
This comes following tonight’s Emirates FA Cup third-round draw, which saw 32 ties confirmed for fixtures to be played between January 4 and January 7.
The date of City’s potential third-round contest will be confirmed following next week’s second-round replay, which gets underway from 7.45pm at the Northern Commercials Stadium.
David Hopkin’s side came from behind to draw 2-2 at the ABAX Stadium on Saturday, earning the home replay.
Tickets for the Tuesday December 11 contest will go on sale in due course.
