McCALL GIVES PORTSMOUTH INJURY UPDATE

26 October 2017

City make their first trip to Fratton Park in over 15 years to take on Portsmouth at the weekend and Stuart McCall gave a squad update ahead of his side's clash against the Hampshire club.

He said: 'We've got one or two lads coming back into contention. Tony McMahon and Paul Taylor have both trained and should both be ok to travel. We also have Romain Vincelot back after a one-game suspension and he'll obviously be a big boost for us.'

'Adam Chicksen will still be out with a long-term injury and Dominic Poleon will also miss out this weekend. Nat Knight-Percival misses out through suspension but it gives a chance to Adam Thompson who did well during the week and took his goal well.'

'Jacob Hanson tweaked his groin muscle during the Manchester City game and he will miss out this weekend. He's our only new absentee through injury.'
