It has now been confirmed that Stuart McCall's Bantams will entertain Oldham Athletic in Round Two of this season's Checkatrade Trophy.
The tie will take place at the Northern Commercials Stadium next Tuesday (5 December 2017) - kick off 7:30pm.
City's encounter with Oldham was confirmed on Wednesday evening following Chesterfield's penalty shoot-out victory over Manchester City U21s in the final group game of Northern Group F.
The Spireites' success over Man City in penalties came after the match at the Proact Stadium had finished 2-2.
The result means the Bantams clinched top spot in Group F, with Chesterfield securing the runners-up place.
City and Oldham have already met once before at Valley Parade this season when the two sides played out a 1-1 draw back in October in Sky Bet League O.
Ticket details for City's Round Two tie in the Checkatrade Trophy with Oldham will be confirmed in due course.
