Bradford City will once again offer supporters the opportunity to take advantage of our priority away membership for the 2017/18 season.
By purchasing membership you will be given the first opportunity to purchase away match tickets where demand is likely to outweigh availability.
Following another hugely successful season ticket campaign we now have 19,000 season ticket holders and we anticipate to be backed heavily on our travels again this time around.
Last season we sold out our allocations for 10 away games which is some feat in itself and there will be some away games this season whereby even a priority away membership will not guarantee you a ticket. This will be for games whereby we receive a lower than normal ticket allocation, for example at AFC Wimbledon, Fleetwood Town and perhaps in the early rounds of the FA Cup. This was highlighted with our two visits to Fleetwood Town when we received almost double the amount of tickets for the league game as we did the play-off encounter.
The price of membership will again be £20.00. Once purchased this membership will be added and stored to your individual profile on our ticketing system and will be recognised when buying tickets for games.
Previously, the Club have limited membership to 2,000 members and we will set the same limit again.
As such, it is worth re-iterating that the Priority Away membership scheme is aimed at giving fans the first opportunity to buy tickets for designated away games on a first come first served basis. It will not guarantee you a ticket to every game but it will give you the best chance of getting a ticket to the bigger games.
We therefore ask you to make your decision based on this information.
Membership will go on sale at 10:00am Tuesday 18 July 2017 and will be sold on a first come first served basis until Friday 11/08/15.
The club have listened to fan groups and current priority away members and as a consequence when the membership goes on sale (tomorrow at 10am), this will be open to priority away members from last season only.
These members will be given a short period of exclusivity until 5:00pm on Thursday 20July to renew the membership, at this point the product will be open to season ticket and flexi card holders who are not already holders of the priority membership.
