Job Advertisement – Youth Development Lead Phase Coach (U11-U14’s)
Bradford City Football Club is looking to appoint an inspiring Full TimeYDP Lead Phase Coach.
The successful candidate will be able to identify “Talent” in the Youth Development Phase program and provide individual training programmes for this talent so maximizing their potential to become a professional footballer.
Working alongside the Head of Coach Development and coordinating Age Group Coaches to make sure all the requirements, of the clubs academy football players in relation to their playing, training, education and welfare throughout the youth development phase is met.
Along with supporting other phases and departments of the program and being a member of the Academy Management Team.
Strong communication lines will be built between the Academy Manager, Age Group Coaches, phase coaches and members of the Academy Management Team.
If you have the ability to inspire others to develop their skills and lead a phase in a professional youth program that produces elite footballing talent, this is the position for you.
We are looking for an individual who is determined to succeed and who has a proven track record in professional football and youth development.
All candidates on submission on their application must have a DBS clearance, safe guarding and protecting children,Emergency Aid Certificate, Modules 1, 2 and 3 of the FA Youth Coaches Award, and working towards the FA Advanced Youth Award and A License.

Job Advertisement– Age group Lead Coach
Bradford City Football Club is looking to appoint an inspiring part time age group coach.
The successful candidate will be able to identify “Talent” in the Youth Development Phase program and provide individual training programmes for this talent so maximizing their potential to become a professional footballer.
You will be required to deal with all requirements in respect of the allocated age groups, supporting the lead phase coach and head of coaching in the development of players in relation to their playing, training, education and welfare. To assist the Academy Manager in maintaining the required operating standards to meet the football league regulations and EPPP criteria.
If you have the ability to inspire others to develop their skills and lead a group in a professional youth program that produces elite footballing talent, this is the position for you.
We are looking for an individual who is determined to succeed and who has a proven track record in professional football and youth development.
