FLEETWOOD TOWN (AWAY) - Tuesday 14 February 2017, Sky Bet League One, Highbury Stadium - kick off 7:45pm
The Bantams travel to Fleetwood Town this Tuesday evening for a potentially intriguing encounter against a fellow play-off contender.
One point and one place separates fourth-placed Fleetwood and fifth-placed City in the table going into the Sky Bet League One fixture at Highbury Stadium.
Both sides head into the match having drawn at the weekend - Fleetwood playing out a goalless draw at home to Rochdale and the Bantams drawing 1-1 away at Bristol Rovers.
Fleetwood are currently fourteen games unbeaten in League One, a run that led to boss Uwe Rosler winning the Manager of the Month award for January.
Following Saturday's goalless draw with Rochdale, Fleetwood boss Uwe Rosler could look to make changes for the visit of the Bantams.
Devante Cole and Wes Burns may replace David Ball and Ash Hunter in attack, although Burns took a whack towards the end of the Rochdale game and could be a doubt.
Midfielder Markus Schwabi may also be recalled into Fleetwood's starting XI, while Rosler could have a choice between Jack Sowerby and Victor Nirennold at right wing-back.
Fellow right-sided defender Conor McLaughlin missed the Rochdale match through injury.
Nathan Pond (knee), Jimmy Ryan (foot) and Martyn Woolford (knee) are all expected to be sidelined for Tuesday night.
Josh Cullen remains a big doubt for this Tuesday's trip to Fleetwood.
Cullen missed last Saturday's match at Bristol Rovers after tweaking his thigh in training.
Nathaniel Knight-Percival and Timothee Dieng are both definitely fit to feature, however, despite taking whacks during the Rovers game.
Alex Jones (hip) and Matthew Kilgallon (shoulder) remain sidelined.
Speaking in his pre-match press interview, City boss Stuart McCall also revealed that young striker Reece Webb-Foster is set for a sustained period out after picking up a serious knee injury while on loan at Bradford Park Avenue.
City defeated Fleetwood 2-1 at the Northern Commercials Stadium when the two sides met earlier this season.
Bobby Grant gave Fleetwood the lead in the first period but Filipe Morais levelled the game up just before the interval.
A Billy Clarke penalty after the break then completed the comeback for City.
The Bantams could perhaps count themselves unlucky not to have won on their last trip to Highbury Stadium as well.
Towards the start of the 2015/2016 campaign, City drew 1-1 at Fleetwood after James Hanson had cancelled out a slightly fortuitous opening goal for the hosts direct from a Jimmy Ryan free-kick.
In a second half dominated by the visitors, Devante Cole, now at Fleetwood, twice came close to firing City into the lead, while Steven Davies saw an injury time header ruled out for offside.
The Bantams did win at Fleetwood on Boxing Day 2014, however, with goals from Hanson and Morais securing a 2-0 victory for City.
City's only other visit to Fleetwood came back in February 2013, just days after the club had booked their place in the EFL Cup Final.
Goals from Nahki Wells and Ryan Dickson helped to earn the Bantams a 2-2 draw in a see-saw encounter at Highbury Stadium.
