TEAM NEWS - DONCASTER ROVERS (CARABAO CUP)

8 August 2017

Bantams boss Stuart McCall has made five changes to his side for this Tuesday's Carabao Cup Round 1 tie with Doncaster Rovers at the Northern Commercials Stadium.

With Adam Chicksen sidelined with a fractured cheekbone, new loanee signing Tom Field is handed his City debut at left back.

After all starting on the bench for Saturday's league opener with Blackpool, the trio of Alex Gilliead, Timothee Dieng and Daniel Pybus are promoted up into City's midfield for the Doncaster tie.

Dominic Poleon, who caught the eye as a second half substitute against Blackpool, is partnered up front with Saturday's match-winner Omari Patrick.

Shay McCartan misses out as a precaution due to a tight hamstring.
