As part of the new partnership, Mamma Mia will be providing the Bradford City players with their meals at the Club’s training ground, they’re proud to be feeding the passion of the City players and City fans.

Leno Massimo, Joint Owner of Mamma Mia comments on the partnership: “Having been in the heart of the City for over 30 years, we’re very proud to be the official shorts sponsor of Bradford City. On a Match-Day the restaurant is always full of City fans both pre-and-post match and that was huge incentive to get involved with the Club as part of this sponsorship deal. We’re excited to be providing the players with their food at the training ground, they always seemed to perform better after a Mamma Mia!

"Obviously, we’re a family run restaurant and this is a significant investment in our local football team and we know we can count on the support of the City fans to help make the partnership work. We’re excited to combine the two most important things in life food & football!”

Bradford City's Chief Operating Officer, James Mason said: “ The back of the shorts sponsorship is in its second year here at the club and its proving to be a popular method of advertising.

"We are very grateful to Frontline Bathrooms for their support last season and we’re delighted to now have a name like Mamma Mia on them. The restaurant is synonymous with Bradford, the City and now the football club.

"Leno and his family have always supported the club and I know for many fans visiting their restaurant pre game or post match is somewhat of a ritual.

"We have worked hard with Mamma Mia to make this deal work for both sides. The fact that the restaurant, will now also supply the players food during the week is another example of how we are trying to do business with our commercial partners."
