The duo, who both missed last Sunday's game at Scunthorpe United, replace Kevin Toner and Timothee Dieng respectively in McCall's starting line up.
Toner and Dieng are named on City's bench, where they are joined by the fit-again Nicky Law.
Goalkeeper Joe Cracknell is also among the Bantams' substitutes after fellow shot-stopper Rouven Sattelmaier picked up a twisted ankle in training.
