CITY TO BEGIN CENTRAL LEAGUE FIXTURES AGAINST BURTON ON WEDNESDAY

6 September 2016

City's reserve squad will kick off their Central League fixtures for the 2016/2017 campaign with an away game against Burton Albion this Wednesday (7 September 2016).

The match will take place at St George's Park, the training headquarters of The FA and England national teams. Kick off for the Central League - North West Division fixture is scheduled for 2:00pm.

After arriving at the club this week following his recent loan move from Newcastle United, Haris Vuckic is expected to feature in the game against the Brewers.

Matthew Kilgallon and Filipe Morais are likely to join Vuckic in City's starting XI for the match.

Rouven Sattelmaier, Reece Webb-Foster and Vincent Rabiega could also be involved, while James King, who is fit again after a knee injury in pre-season, will hope to make an appearance as well.

City's reserves actually finished off their fixtures last season with victory over Burton at St George's Park.

The Bantams, of course, won their reserve division last season having lost only one league match throughout the campaign.
