The tie will take place on Saturday 5 November 2016 - kick off 3:00pm.
Tickets are now on sale from the ticket office at the Northern Commercials Stadium.
The JCT600 Main Stand (lower tier) will be open for City supporters on an unreserved basis.
Admission prices will be:

Senior Citizens and Students: £10.00
Juniors: £5.00
