ROAD CLOSURE AS NEW SCREEN GETS NEARER

25 October 2016

Bradford City FC can confirm that approval has been given by the local authority for a section of Holywell Ash Lane, next to the stadium, to be closed this week.

This closure is to enable the framework the Club’s new screen to be lifted into the stadium ready for installation.

The order allows Holywell Ash Lane to be closed from its junction with Lupton Street from 9:00am on Wednesday 26th October right through to Friday 28th October at 5:00pm.

However, where it is possible for the crane to be moved or if the work is completed earlier than expected, the road closure will be lifted to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.

With a diversion available along Lupton Street, any inconvenience should be kept to a minimum but the Club apologises in advance for any problems caused by this essential road closure.

If the installation goes to plan from this point, it is envisaged that the new screen will make its match debut at the Sky Bet League One home game versus Rochdale on Saturday 12th November 2016.
